    We are now looking for individuals who want to break into the industry, learn from the best and have an opportunity to join the team!

    We are excited to offer a week-long introductory program designed for individuals interested in starting a career in data centers. This program covers the fundamentals of data center operations, safety protocols, equipment handling, and career opportunities in the field.

    28 - 32 Points = Exceptional Candidate: Demonstrates strong energy, integrity, and a proactive, positive attitude toward work and learning. Likely to be a valuable and reliable team member. 


    20 - 27 Points = Solid Candidate: Possesses the core competencies required for the job. Generally reliable and teachable, though may need minor guidance in specific areas. 


    10 - 19 Points = Area for Concern: May meet physical requirements but shows potential gaps in soft skills, integrity, or work ethic. Requires closer supervision and potential coaching/training. 


    0 - 9 Points = High Risk Candidate: Responses suggest significant issues with attitude, reliability, or integrity. May not be a good fit for a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment.
